My Postnatal Pilates classes in Petts Wood and Orpington are specifically designed to support you through your recovery journey. Whether you’ve had a natural birth or a c-section, Pilates will help you regain your strength, improve your posture, and restore balance to your body.
The classes are small, friendly and totally centred around you. Babies up to 12 months (ideally pre-crawling) are more than welcome too as I fully appreciated how difficult it is to organise childcare and have time for you!

🌸 Pelvic Floor Health: Your pelvic floor has gone through a lot during pregnancy and birth. Pilates exercises will focus on strengthening and restoring the pelvic floor, supporting your daily activities, and improving your overall confidence.
🌸 Healing Diastasis Recti: Diastasis recti, or abdominal separation, is common after pregnancy. My classes focus on safe exercises to heal this separation, helping you regain tone and strength in your abdominal area.
🌸 Postural Realignment: Pregnancy often shifts your posture, which can lead to discomfort or pain. I’ll guide you in realigning your body, releasing tension, and promoting better posture, so you feel more balanced and comfortable in your body again.
🌸 Gentle and Progressive Approach: You’ll be guided through a carefully structured, progressive series of exercises that are suitable for your postnatal stage. Whether you're 6 weeks postpartum after a natural birth or 10 weeks after a c-section, these classes are designed with your healing in mind.

As a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher and Pre & Postnatal Pilates instructor, I have a deep understanding of what your body needs after birth. On a personal level I am also a Mum of three kids and Pilates has been so pivotal in supporting my recovery after each pregnancy, particularly after emergency c-sections and Diastasis Recti.
