I’m Nishka and I am so pleased you have found your way here!
I am Body Control Pilates teacher with a passion for introducing others to the restorative benefits of movement through Pilates.
Pilates draws people in for many reasons—some for rehabilitation after injury or illness, others to build strength, stability, and energy. For me, Pilates was pivotal in reconnecting with my body and supporting my recovery after having my three children. From the physical challenges to the emotional ups and downs, I know just how easy it is to feel disconnected from your body, especially after major events like c-sections, poor pelvic health or struggles with diastasis
My journey with Pilates began 9 years ago after my first pregnancy. It was nothing short of transformative. Pilates helped me restore my core strength, heal from severe back pain, and reconnect with my body in ways I never thought possible. After experiencing such profound changes in my own life, I was inspired to retrain as a Pilates instructor, with a clear focus on Women’s Health.
Today, I am passionate about supporting other women recover, rebuild, and thrive at all stages of their life, from motherhood to menopause and beyond —no matter where you are in your journey. Whether you're dealing with core weakness, pelvic issues, back pain, or simply looking to feel stronger and more balanced, Pilates offers a path to recovery and self-care.
I’m a certified Body Control Pilates teacher and qualified Pre & Postnatal Pilates instructor, and my goal is to provide a calm, relaxed and supportive environment where women can strengthen not just their bodies but their overall well-being. I run mixed ability Pilates classes in Petts Wood & Orpington, and I provide private classes in the wider Bromley area.
With me, it’s about progress, not perfection. It’s about building strength, gaining confidence, and nurturing your body with every movement.
